Refund policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, whether for exchange and/or return.
Exchanges and Returns
For exchanges or returns, please email us at info@pajesnoods.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not covered under the return policy:
- Gift cards
- Customized and made-to-order items; exchanges and refunds are not possible.
- Items on sale on the website.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide instructions on the next steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (in the case of return requests).
If approved, your refund will be processed and made using the same payment method as the order, within 5 business days.
We emphasize that it is Pajé Snoods' policy to always maintain customer satisfaction and a good relationship. If you feel wronged or harmed in any way, you can contact us at info@pajesnoods.com, and the matter will be reviewed with the full attention it deserves by our management.
