- How does shipping work?
The products presented at Pajé Snoods are shipped directly to the customer’s address via CTT - Registered Mail (with tracking).
Shipments are made within 5 business days after payment and order processing.
The delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed and the order is processed.
The shipping address registered at the time of purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer, so the customer must fill in all necessary information correctly to ensure the delivery of the order.
In case of an incorrect address or if the address cannot be found by the shipping agency, the order will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
Attention: Pajé Snoods is not responsible for errors, non-deliveries, or losses caused by CTT - Correios de Portugal.
- Delivery times
The delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and order processing.
These are maximum times, which means you may receive your order before these deadlines.
All times are expressed in business days. Therefore, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered when calculating the delivery time.
- Payment confirmation
After payment is made via Bank Transfer or MbWay, the corresponding proof of payment must be sent to the email: info@pajesnoods.com
After payment is made, confirmation can take 1 to 2 business days to be completed, depending on the bank and the processing time of each bank transfer. For MbWay, payment is confirmed immediately or within a maximum of 3 hours.
Payment confirmation is done by the Pajé Snoods team, after which the purchase is validated on our website.

All orders shipped via Registered Mail have tracking codes, which are sent to the customer’s email as soon as the order is shipped.
